Assalamu Alaykum everyone, today in "Kebabs" blog post, I'm going to share a riwayat/moment from the life of Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
"Once upon a time, a Jewish man prepared kebabs of meat and he did put poison in the meat which he was supposed to use in kebabs, so he went to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ where he was sitting with other sahaba's. Jewish man presented kebabs to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and he said "I prepared these kebabs for you, so kindly please taste them and let me know hows the kebabs."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was going to take a piece of kebab from the plate and at that moment with the will of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, meat in kebabs itself started talking to only Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to let him know that he should not eat these kebabs because they are poisonous as Jewish put poison in them. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ asked that Jewish man "Did you put poison in kebabs?" at first he got himself in shock and wonder that how Prophet Muhammad ﷺ came to know that he put poison in the kebabs, he tried his best to decline the claim but after few seconds he admitted that yes he put the poison in the kebabs because he wanted to kill Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . He asked  Prophet Muhammad ﷺ  "How you got to know that there is a poison in kebabs?"
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ answered him "With the will Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, the meat used in kebabs itself told me that you added poison in kebabs", Jewish man got himself in a speechless state. He said," Prophet Muhammad ﷺ I will get iman on Allah, on you and on all of your studies, I am ready to embrace Islam in case if you eat these poisonous kebabs and these poisonous kebabs doesn't affect your health at all."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recited bismillah, he started eating kebabs and other sahaba's around him did the same. After eating kebabs, poison in kebabs didn't show any effect on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ or any other sahaba's health.
 After witnessing this miracle, the Jewish man embraced Islam. Subhan Allah!
